Camp Rules

Minimum deposits as defined under our Site Rates and Fees list are required to secure all reservations at the time of booking. Payment in full is due two weeks prior to your stay. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground office at (603) 659-5051 during business hours. Email cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds: No refunds for seasonal bookings or holiday weekends.
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made more than two weeks (14 days) prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of deposit less a $25 cancellation fee or a credit toward a future stay will be offered.
Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) prior to scheduled arrival will NOT receive a refund. The full fee will be charged in the event of a “no show” with no refund. Camping is an outdoor experience. No refunds or credits are provided due to the discomfort of nature. No refunds or credits for early departures, for any reason.

Minimum Stays: Holidays/three-night minimum stay is required for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. Holiday reservations must be prepaid in full, and deposits are non-refundable. A minimum stay of two nights is required for all other weekend reservations, to include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.

Maximum Stays: Tent camping is subject to a two-week maximum reservation. Should you wish to return and continue camping with us, a full week’s interval is required between bookings.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later. . Check-out time must occur before 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive before 2:00 pm please check with the office, you may pay a $20.00 early check-in fee if available. If your site is available and you would like to stay until 4:00 pm you may pay a $20.00 late checkout fee. Please submit your car pass to the office upon final departure. If you would like to register for additional nights, if available, please do so by 10:00 am.

Our season is May 15th through September 30th. The office is staffed from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm daily May through Labor Day Weekend, and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm daily after Labor Day. We do not offer after-hours check-in. If you are unavoidably detained, please be sure to notify the office as soon as possible. Our primary concern is for your safety and comfort, as well as the peaceful enjoyment of all our campers.
